Hallo Pronto talks to the caller
Opening hours, closing days, address and directions, parking, payment methods, accessibility, frequent questions: the assistant answers with what you have entered. Answers about exceptional closing days can still be incorrect. Before deployment we check the information and behaviour for your business.

German, Italian and English in testing
The assistant speaks German. If the caller keeps speaking Italian or English, the assistant attempts to switch to that language.
As of 3 Oct 2026: real calls so far only in German. In testing, Italian passed 5 of 6 runs and English 3 of 6 – in the others a few Italian or German words slipped in.

What to know first
- It does not yet write appointments into other calendars or practice software; it notes enquiries and callback requests for your team.
- Hallo Pronto is not designed today for calls involving health data (Art. 9 GDPR) or content under professional secrecy (§ 203 German Criminal Code): speech is processed by OpenAI in the USA. Medical practices, law offices and tax offices can currently test Hallo Pronto using only fictional or public information. Use with patient data or professional secrets requires a separate assessment, suitable contracts with confidentiality obligations covering the providers involved, and technical evidence before deployment.

Planned: Standard €99 per month excl. VAT with 750 call minutes, or per call €0.29 excl. VAT, likewise with at most 750 call minutes per month; the first 100 billable calls free once. These tariffs are not yet activated as a Hallo Pronto subscription: request a trial.
