1. Controller

2. Visiting the website

To deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, our server processes technical request data (IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The server is hosted by IONOS SE in Germany, which operates it on our behalf. We delete the server logs after two weeks and system logs after one month at the latest.

The website is served directly from the server at IONOS. We use Cloudflare Turnstile against spam in the contact form; section 4 describes this processing.

3. No analytics, no measurement cookies

This website uses no analytics or advertising tools. Only the contact form sets strictly necessary cookies (form protection and a session for sending), § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.

4. “Request a trial” form

We store the details you enter (name, business, email, phone, sector, calls per day, message, chosen tariff), together with the IP address, browser identifier and time of the request, in our customer system on our server at IONOS SE in Germany, to answer your request and prepare the trial. A notification with your details is sent by email to info@riservati.de (via the mail server of IONOS SE). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (request prior to a contract); for the IP address and browser identifier Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (protection against abuse). We delete the data once the request is closed, unless we are legally required to keep it.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) against spam: when the form loads, Turnstile checks that a person is filling it in and processes the IP address and technical characteristics of your browser for this purpose (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare processes technical signals to protect our form as a processor and to improve bot detection as an independent controller. Details: Turnstile Privacy Addendum. The transfer to the USA is based on the certification of Cloudflare, Inc. under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; should it lapse, Cloudflare’s terms provide for the EU standard contractual clauses. 5. Voice demo in the browser

The demo only starts after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your voice goes from the browser directly to OpenAI (USA), which recognises it and answers; the conversation is held by an AI assistant. Our server at riservati.de sets up the connection and steers the conversation: for this it receives the transcript while the conversation is running, does not store it, and ends the conversation after 90 seconds at the latest. We do not record audio on our servers. The demo does not ask for your phone number or any other details, and nothing is sent; if you are interested, the assistant points you to our contact form at hallopronto.de/kontakt and to info@riservati.de. Processing and retention at OpenAI follow OpenAI’s terms for API customers, with abuse-monitoring logs kept for up to 30 days. Against misuse we keep your IP address for one minute and a checksum of it, computed with a secret key, for at most 26 hours; OpenAI only receives a pseudonymous identifier derived from it. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU standard contractual clauses. You can withdraw your consent by ending the conversation.
