At night, at weekends, in the middle of work: the assistant takes the call when nobody on your team has a hand free.

Answers from your details
Opening hours, closing days, address and directions, parking, payment methods, accessibility, frequent questions: the assistant answers with what you have entered. Answers about exceptional closing days can still be incorrect. Before deployment we check the information and behaviour for your business.

Callback requests for your team
The assistant notes the number, the preferred time and the reason. You get an email and, if you use the Riservati app, a push notification.

German, Italian and English in testing
The assistant speaks German. If the caller keeps speaking Italian or English, the assistant attempts to switch to that language.
As of 3 Oct 2026: real calls so far only in German. In testing, Italian passed 5 of 6 runs and English 3 of 6 – in the others a few Italian or German words slipped in.
What to know first
- It does not book rooms: there is no connection to your booking system yet. It notes booking requests as callback requests for your team.
- No payments or deposits on the phone.
- Speech is processed by OpenAI in the USA; EU-only processing is not available yet.
